Designed by the architects Makan Rahmanian and Kamran Heirati, this house is amazing especially with its maximalism. The building was built of wood, concrete and zinc panels and is located in Iran.
This magnificent house has a unique panoramic view, 6 bedrooms, impressive spa, large pool, garage with space for 5 cars and many other extras. The interior of the house is almost divided and thus receives a large, spacious and bright room, which is a kitchen, living room, a place to relax and a place for business meetings.
We are impressed by both the exterior and interior that are made with the same love and effort.
A house with character and spirit, which can boast the owners.

The holiday villas are a good option for anyone who would like to spend some time outside the city. Located in the jungles of Costa Rica and has impressive views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding lush vegetation. The house is designed for 8 people and has 5 bedrooms, 4 large bathrooms and a small, large offices and a large common area. Exactly what is most remarkable in it – even for a moment you can not feel in a confined space because the inside is constantly overflowing into the environment outside. The terraces allow residents to eat outdoors or simply relax while enjoying the stunning, yet soothing views. Even some of the bathrooms are equipped with natural light from large windows and a breathtaking ocean views. On one of the terraces has outdoor hot tubs, which also reveals the fascination of nature surrounding the house. The holiday home has a large outdoor pool with infinity-light effect which gradually drawn into the building. The building is stylishly without excessive accumulation of elements. Most furniture is made of wood, and colors of the furnishings are mostly in this range, enhanced by subtle earth tones.

Today will be less conflict, but could not resist the temptation. Casa Son Vida in Mallorca, Balearic Islands (which are territory of Spanish), was built some 60 years ago. This does not prevent her from looking like a house of the future, after having thoroughly renovated by the architectural studio tecARCHITECTURE and equipped by the Dutch designer Marcel Wonders. The house is white outside, colliding with the surrounding foliage, and only its roof and part of the pool before it is painted in the style typical of Mars. Inside her hand, is a well thought out chaos that literally grabs and swallows with bright colors, synthetic atmosphere with retro elements and playful detail in every room. Different links in the interior and outside painting, constantly reminding the characters from Mickey Mouse, Finding Nemo, Alice in Wonderland and others. Casa Son Vida is actually designed as a villa for relaxation and is the first of seven similar, yet to be renovated on the island of Mallorca. The building has 790 square meters total area, making it ideal for large groups of friends who want to rest varied. It is located on-site heme, known night life, yet is only meters from the sea and at the same time a quiet place away from prying eyes.

Really the name of the house designed from Klab Architects is exactly describing their project – wide open house. Outside the building could almost be called solid, if they had windows that abound and create dialogue between the spacious white interior and the surrounding Hellenistic landscape. The master bedroom is located next to a very chic glass corridor and is literally hanging over the living room, dining room and the study, which extends over most of the first floor. The focus of the living room, which features a double wall higher than traditional, is a stunning fireplace that spatially and visually interact with the open space around the pool.
The furniture in the living room and intimate in the bedroom consists of a huge white plush sofas and decorative accents in rich ebony. This theme continues in the open dining room, where twelve black chairs are arranged around an imposing mass. Our favorite touch are skylights that illuminate the many parts of the house. Another great touch is playful green glass bath, which offers an unexpected oasis of color in the surrounding whiteness.

This villa is an Irish psychiatrist who lives in London. Built in Swahili style and occupies an area of 465 m2 on a plot of 2 acres. Sits on the coast of the Kenyan island of Lamu. The place is really amazing – a beautiful sandy beach, palm trees and clear water. I hope there are not many hurricanes there. The house is a creation of designer Leslie Kenyan Dakuart that not only designs houses, but they built and furnished. According to its clients, Michael Burke and his wife, fate has sent them to her and this place. They fell in love in him and in the creations of Leslie. The villa was built in the Swahili style, characterized by balance, symmetry, simplicity and use of local materials. A career on the mainland are delivered as smooth as marble, coral blocks, which are plastered with traditional Swahili plaster – cement solution colored with ocher. For the porch roof material is used palms grown specifically for this purpose. The beams of the roof are of wood from Mangrove islands that lack of roads was brought by boat Doe. Surrounded by lower house porches. The front is designed for entertainment and dinner candles / lanterns in the case of /. But those who are sleeping to be more secluded. The corridor is decorated with turtles made of the same material, which has plastered walls. The reason for this are sea turtles that come to this beach to lay their eggs. In mahogany door leading to patio with arches, colonnades and a pool with a huge emerald in the middle! At the upper level front of the house consists of a recreation area called by local baraza / meeting / with a roof of palm leaves and traditional Lamu built stone benches covered with cushions of kanga cloth and decorated with Swahili proverbs.
