Sierra Madre houseThe Mexican architects 7XA Taller de Arquitectura El Uro up the house. The residence of 900 square meters lies of 5.000 square meters of land. The task of the client was to have the best views of the Sierra Madre mountains and lots of space between existing trees and social spaces. The huge courtyard allows for the creation of a model in the shape of a cross, where each floor rotates according to the convenience of sights and highlights of each area – so there is always a terrace or partially covered area for “watering down” the difference between interior and exterior. The house is very discreet entrance which opens up the house among the trees. The residence was built with a central motif – wooden cylinder, which serves as a guest bathroom downstairs and the room above. This area separates the different areas of the house: ground floor, containing the general, open and integrated with the exterior areas and upper deck – a closed, semi-private, where the bedrooms overlook the large garden and swimming pool. This project is a geometric design of clean planes and volumes, individual spaces move subtly from the inside out.

A Walking House

Walking HouseHardly any of us dreamed favorite, cozy home can not move, not to divide with the convenience and comfort, which we are accustomed and which we have created in their own taste. Danish design studio N55, seemed to find a solution for this. It submitted a draft of the house walking (Walking House), which is moved by six mechanical legs, not dependent on whether there are roads built, they will be able to go through different terrains. The main module of the house will be 2.3 meters in height, width 2.4 meters and a length of 8 meters, and weighs 1 tonne. According to the designers of this area will be able to live up to 4 people, such as by connecting multiple units can be made larger and walking home. The maximum speed that the house will be able to develop is 5 miles per hour – according to the authors of the project the average speed with which one moves is appropriate because it is proved that it also achieves good concentrations of thinking. Each leg will operate as an autonomous unit, will have its own engines and batteries. In movement three of them will always be standing on the ground to provide the necessary stability.

Unique designed house in Sao Paulo

Sao Paulo HouseThis house was designed by Andrade Moretin and is situated a few steps from the beach, on the north coast of the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil. The place is rich in vegetation and hot, humid climate. The project started as an idea for a large shelter, where a man can be shelters from the rain or blazing sun, without blocking the permanent natural ventilation. The entire structure is located at 75 cm above ground level and is supported by concrete columns. The building is 6 meters high and 18 meters with dimensions of 8 m. It is made of wooden boards in advance, which saves time and errors, and does not pollute the environment. Both facades are fiberglass panels with protective walls against mosquitoes, which do not impede the view and ocean breezes.

London BuildingThere is another real estate to see where you are in London but the palace and parliament. These days, officially the most beautiful building in London is that of Southbank. London’s largest bank will open in a unique building in the form of a diamond with a mirror finish, spray the sun, which can be seen from anywhere in the city of Her Majesty. 18-story building is a work of architectural firm Sheppard Robson and is built as a diamond in honor of the bank, which boasts the most solid of Britain. Designed in mirror finish, the new bank building shines in a kaleidoscope of colors and is built on eco-principle. Southbank competing views from every hotel and terraces where customers can resting on a cup of English tea offered by the Thames vista that surrounds the building in the shape of a diamond. The project is about more than 100 million pounds, and is now officially the new building at Southbank has been called the most beautiful buildings in London.

Light HouseArchitectural Design Studio Tony Owen Partners present home in Sydney, Australia, designed to demonstrate the advantages of concrete. Naturally, the owner is a manufacturer of concrete plans to build a house for himself, so the result shows all the benefits of solid construction. Due to the specific design of the property was carried out with materials and forms typical of Mediterranean-type architecture. The shape of the facade reminiscent of a sail vessel from the Greek Islands. Together with the strong desire of the client was to have as many conjunction with external open space. Yet the inquiry was to design a unique and economical home. The house is located in the barrier and the integration of different modules and levels to be better integration. Founded in L-shape in order to have maximum light and heat. The central courtyard is oriented west, allowing light to penetrate to the middle of the house and break a unique burden on the facade. Face of the house is open to the elements of the staircase. The original idea for this came from a James Bond movie “Never Say Never Again (1983).
These stairs bordering the central courtyard and the entrance is always rinsing in light and connect the different levels of sculptors like element. White walls of the facade were again driven by the idea of water sports. Say they soften the austerity of concrete, like un-materialized house and make vertical and horizontal levels seem ethereal.
