Public Design Alvar AaltoAlvar Aalto is one of the leading causes for the development of modern architecture in Finland. It differs from others in the artistic sense and in that fits to any location and environment. Its first decisive steps to implement their ideas Aalto made in 1927, when he was 29 years. He joined the modern architectural movement in the city of Turku, which is most open to new projects in the city of Finland. Wish you then you can change them permanently, says architect David Fisher and reveals his concept of “dynamic architecture”. “Dynamic tower in Dubai is the first moving building in the world. It is expected to be the beginning of a new era in modern architecture, and also become a symbol of the city. The company that built it is Rotating Tower Dubai Development Limited, part of Dynamic Group. The building will have 80 floors and be 420 meters high the first 20 floors will be devoted to offices, 15 floors above them will be a luxury hotel. The buildings are constructed so as to alter its shape and to perform all swirling motion. Developments are still in construction gear – which is ready components and starts from the top of the building down, much less labor and costs.

Coiled hotel in Abu Dhabi

Coiled hotelWe present another unusual architectural whimsy. This hotel is a spiral that has twisted and turned over a spacious park. Notably its highly unusual form, seems to be rotated before being baked or while he was still warm, cause it to become an attraction. Helix Hotel in Abu Dhabi has no floors, a spiral pitches form of a corkscrew without interruptions. This makes access to the swimming pool, sauna, massage rooms and meditation, the more easy. And then back in the bars and boutiques. One advantage of the hotel is that its hollow center allows it to be ventilated through the coastal breeze and illuminated by natural day light. The design of the Hotel Helix is Leeser Architects, who won the contest organized by company Al Qudra Real Estate and QP International. The project was developed in close cooperation with consultants on environmental issues from Atelier Ten.
