That fashion requires that many of the luxury houses are in a minimalist style, does not mean that we should be deprived of fountains, pools and comfortable furniture. Will present architectural project in which minimalism is an asset used facade with a final clean shapes and creates harmony with the surroundings. The reason is simple – these houses were built in the middle of the desert in America. The first house belongs to a couple from Colorado, which has a weakness for Marmol Raginer furniture and sliding glass doors. Thus, nature has a maximum near, but still has a lot to protect owners of its motions. Jane Whatmor of Santa Fe has a land area of 11 acres and employs the architect Bart Prince to create a home that she uses throughout the year. Unusual shape and changing the height of the ceilings create a feeling of spaciousness. The color of the walls is in tune with the wilderness around. Sometimes a simple piece gives security and becomes a source of inspiration. This happens with limestone elements of the house of the producer Jerry Weintraub, which has an area of 930 m2. Sliding glass walls allow for easy access to the pool and nature around.
Several pine and juniper surround the desert house, made by architect Antoine Predok for another couple of Santa Fe. The house is in complete harmony with the surroundings and the premises are collected in a long corridor. Owners comment that “no time at home is not the same. Surroundings is as important as architecture, share the architect Edward Jones of Jones Studio studio in Phoenix. He created the home of Tracy and Lou Ann O’Rurk in Arizona, using rocks and cacti around sinuous walls. “On entering you have stunning views to the yard,” describes his work Donna Livingston. She draws inspiration from the Far East for a house that creates at Indian Wells, Kallichore and used stone, wood and other natural materials. Sam Cardena cooperates with architectural firm Interactive Design to create a Rancho Mirage for Peace Kaplan. The pure form of furniture, spacious rooms in the courtyard and pool are complemented by specially designed lighting. Interior designer Katherine Badgar work closely with their clients, family, Brian, to create their hacienda in the Texas desert in Chihuahua. Mexican pottery and stone columns in India are just some of the accents in the kitchen. In Takson, Arizona, you can see the Mediterranean-style house in the middle of the 20th of XX century. Here lived a remarkable singer Linda Ronstad together with their two children. Designer Chris Martin started the project seven years ago, and Linda enjoys his ideas, but never hesitates to take part in the changes that occurred to them. California Architect Steven Erlich creates huge project for a house with an area of 3300 m2, turning the desert into an oasis with gardens, fountains and paths. He uses the Muslim tradition in the doors and balconies, with emphasis on the feeling of freedom.

However, it is felt no desire to be contrary to the style of surrounding buildings, which are also architectural landmarks. Rear of the house is older and bright features on the front. Emphasis is placed on the living room, kitchen, library and some other premises. Built a new internal staircase, which connects the three floors. he interior is emphasized in black and white and added luxury audio-video system. The design of the fireplace has been preserved near the original. Glass panels make the rooms more spacious and sunny.
The view draws the eye away yet because it had skyscrapers on the horizon like glass design.

Hof House, this is called passive house is situated 100 km from the Arctic Circle. Due to extreme climate is built on the principles of passive construction, geothermal heating and has solid concrete walls. The project used many local materials, including telegraph poles and basalt columns, and the grass of the green roof is one that has been removed in preparation for the terrain. Concrete walls are lined with cedar, so many years to withstand the vagaries of weather. Except that the roof is grassy, and attention is paid to the landscape. Compositions were created by peat and stones forming in the surrounding meadows approaches to the entrances and terraces. The paths are paved with slabs of hexagonal basalt columns excavated in preparing the groundwork. The same stone was used for the floors in the interior. A collected from nearby old telegraph poles are used to partition the sun and provide privacy. Some interior walls are purposely left without plaster and the ceiling, doors and other services are varnished oak and metal parts. In the kitchen and bathrooms are covered with marble, a closet with white tiles and is fitted with basalt shelves. The house is well insulated and has a constant microclimate through concrete walls, stone floors and a balanced seal. Geothermal water is used for both standard and floor heating, and for all household needs. Design is such that electricity needs are minimized, and the few important is obtained by water and geothermal sources. The house is oriented so that the interior is illuminated throughout the day. This happens not only through the windows, but through special holes in the roof. The exception is the corridor between the bedroom and living room. Orientation provides wonderful views of the role of the fjords. Overall, I think that passive houses are the houses of the future. I think you have to explore them in our soil. I know that they exist in Bulgaria, but surely share them hundreds or thousands of times smaller than necessary. There should be tax breaks and preferences in crediting such projects. Moreover, according to experts, the cost of design through construction, equipment and furniture to the service for 30 years are catching up with those of standard houses.
