Situated at the skirts of Vitosha, Roudartsi village is a place where you will find peace and beautiful nature. Right there is this fantastic family home with beautifully designed space. Built on a plot of 1220 square meters, two-storey house is very bright thanks to its abundance of windows and glass doors, which are wonderful views. The house itself has an area of 400 sq.m. and has a southwest exposure. It consists of three bedrooms, several bathrooms and elegant common rooms. The ground floor is the garage and repair shops are located where electric heating system and fuel tanks and water. There is also a bathroom / WC and rooms for staff. The first floor has large room which is divided between an open kitchen and large dining room with sofas, where there is a fireplace. This floor also has a toilet.
