Shell House

Shell HouseThe houses may soon not be what they are today. Architects around the world compete to design interesting and different homes. More importantly, that more of these projects materialize in the form of real buildings – occupied, well absorbed and unconventional space vision. Just so is the shell – a house that looks more like a living sculpture.
It is the work of architect Kotaro is coming and is built in a forest near the town Karuizava, which is located in the province of Nagano, Japan. The building is designed as a vacation haven, and therefore perfectly able to withstand both wet summers are hot and the cold snowy winters, typical of the region.
Concrete structures represents 2 oval that resemble bird’s eye view of the English letter J, but viewed from the earth more reminiscent of seashells. The building was raised about five feet above the ground through the platform of a special timber that does not rot in harsh weather conditions. The entire living area is surrounded by wooden balconies, built from the same durable material.
Between the structure is preserved and part of the environment – some trees are almost literally built into the shell-house.

Rosa Muerta Joshua Tree Home is a desert haven, created for those who really need to escape from city life 140 miles from Los Angeles. This almost entirely black house takes care of magic stay of visitors. In a remote house not only has running water and comfortable beds, but the house offers an immersive and amazing world of desert. This work of art could not be missed for the world. Really we can be amazed by the extravagant luxury real estates, like this one and definitely will keep our mind over it. The style is amazing and black color is dominating highly, which gives sense of darkness and luxury.

Extravagant house SydneyDefinitely sometimes the architectures are quite scandalous in their visions. They are creating amazing building, but the house, which we saw it this project was really extravagant and coming from the future.
We will present this ultra-modern house overlooking the Sydney Opera House, which won our attention. Moebius leading to the house was not her strange appearance and function J. The design company of Tony Owen Partners e tarsila solution in which the entire housing can enter a maximum daylight.
Since the house has views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, then logically lead to the windows in this direction. The architects say that because of the unique geometry of this white jewel, its construction resembles more car production than conventional buildings.

A Walking House

Walking HouseHardly any of us dreamed favorite, cozy home can not move, not to divide with the convenience and comfort, which we are accustomed and which we have created in their own taste. Danish design studio N55, seemed to find a solution for this. It submitted a draft of the house walking (Walking House), which is moved by six mechanical legs, not dependent on whether there are roads built, they will be able to go through different terrains. The main module of the house will be 2.3 meters in height, width 2.4 meters and a length of 8 meters, and weighs 1 tonne. According to the designers of this area will be able to live up to 4 people, such as by connecting multiple units can be made larger and walking home. The maximum speed that the house will be able to develop is 5 miles per hour – according to the authors of the project the average speed with which one moves is appropriate because it is proved that it also achieves good concentrations of thinking. Each leg will operate as an autonomous unit, will have its own engines and batteries. In movement three of them will always be standing on the ground to provide the necessary stability.

House with the shape of shell

To live in a super luxury house with all the features of high-technology is more than a sign that your social status is above average. But to live in a house with an eclectic form of shell, so it has an eccentricity, as founder of a house Senosiain, the last scream of bio-architecture. The Nautilus House, known as extraordinary house has the shape of the shell. The interior is bright warm tones, all rooms are spherical with large windows, and light streams everywhere. The price is still unclear, but worth to live eccentric in a quaint home decor, just like The Nautilus House. This is great exterior design of this real estate and one of the best I have seen last years.

House on Water

Water HouseIn recent weeks an interesting topic made us very strong impression – has become a more modern variety of celebrities to earn their vacation in aqueous so-called home. This often means very different things. In general, there a number of techniques that allow a house to stand in centimeters above the water surface. Until now it was mostly wooden columns (similar to houses in Tahiti). The technology is well developed in recent years, however, allow complete freedom of action and water homes can now fly. The company X-Architects have collaborated well with Leen Vandaele for interior decoration of the Water House, which offered, combining some elements typical rather for yachts and other vessels of high class. The structure of the floating luxury home is built of two catamarans. This ensures stability reference dose, which allows the house to be anchorage and at sea, not just the pier. Dimensions are more than 20 meters in length and about 7 meters wide, which ensures a good location for all rooms of the two-storey building. At sea you can have a kitchen, a dining and living room on the second level and below are rooms for sleeping, bathroom and cabin management.

Glass Fantasy

Glass FantasyIn the reconstruction of the house “Ashley” in 1910 used glass panels. However, it is felt no desire to be contrary to the style of surrounding buildings, which are also architectural landmarks. Rear of the house is older and bright features on the front. Emphasis is placed on the living room, kitchen, library and some other premises. Built a new internal staircase, which connects the three floors. he interior is emphasized in black and white and added luxury audio-video system. The design of the fireplace has been preserved near the original. Glass panels make the rooms more spacious and sunny.
