Hof House, this is called passive house is situated 100 km from the Arctic Circle. Due to extreme climate is built on the principles of passive construction, geothermal heating and has solid concrete walls. Orientation provides wonderful views of the role of the fjords. Overall, I think that passive houses are the houses of the future. I think you have to explore them in our soil. I know that they exist in Bulgaria, but surely share them hundreds or thousands of times smaller than necessary. There should be tax breaks and preferences in crediting such projects. Moreover, according to experts, the cost of design through construction, equipment and furniture to the service for 30 years are catching up with those of standard houses.
