This modern house near Kyoto, Japan designed by Atelier Boronski for young families. Kyoto is known in Japan as the city with the most stringent building regulations, so outside the house looks fresh, without shine with a special design.
Literally everything in new construction is subject to very strict control – from building design to materials used to build her. The interior surprises with two cantilevered stairs, crossing at the wrong angle.
The ceilings with a height of 2.50 to 7.70 meters, rooms designed as separate volumes, floating in the air. See randomly placed spaces and a bunch of other effective solutions that make the house look inside more like a sculpture than a place to live.

Quite a different look at the family home is one of the last projects of Antonio Sofan Architecture and Interiors Studio, developed in Colombia. The Sinu River House is located in Montero Sinu Valley, known as one of the most fertile areas in the world. Overlooking the eponymous river, which runs literally meters from the garden. It is surrounded by greenery and perhaps this is why its creators have tried to be complete in its contrast. The exterior is painted in white and blue and the interior is a bold combination of vibrant colors, but no trace of kitsch or redundancy. The building occupies a total area of 500 square meters in the middle of a vast meadow, around which a number of palms and trees.
In the Front there is a swimming pool and a wooden platform that serves as a personal beach. The rooms overlooking the water are divided among themselves by a wall, so that their residents can bask in the sun without being seen, and meet only in the pool.
The structure itself has several parts, smoothly blending into one another, and part of the walls facing the nearest street, lined with decorative metal grille. Before one of the entrances have another artificial water space, and access is provided through small islands in it. The interior is cool, thanks to the nearby river and the skills of architects managed to catch the whiff of it and keep it inside.

The house on the beach sounds like a dream come true for us, like if a little bit of the White House in Southern California, USA, will feel like part of a true story. That residence has wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean and the horizon line where water and sky become one. The house is divided into two parts – the main and guest interconnected by a glass bridge corridor. Painted entirely in white, and even interior corresponds to this concept.
The huge glass walls and ceiling light constantly skip and in no way interfere with the residents to enjoy the unique view. The courtyard is very closed hand and offers absolute privacy. In addition to its dining outdoors, has a private mini-beach. The living-room has two levels, a chandelier in the middle is really impressive. White is combined with light wood and beige, so the general idea of interior light is not affected much. The room includes a kitchen and dining room, which blend smoothly into one another, but the kitchen is precisely isolated by break, not to invade flavors in the rest of her space.
This pattern is repeated throughout the home and only in certain places furniture and works of art, which he contrasted.

The mind-boggling views of Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Brentwood, impressive architecture and comfortable interior design can only mean one thing – house to find a worthy place in the future. This residence is West Hollywood, California from remodeling (fer) studio. The house was built long time ago, but last owner wanted her complete change. He is a passionate collector of Asian subjects with ancient history and insisted on a home that can accommodate his vast collection of physical memories of Asia. So the designers mixed in a particularly interesting way elements of Asian architecture and interiors with modern design and the result is functional and clean house with charming accents. The house is lined with wooden lattice in certain places, which is in line with all the windows. The building has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet, large closet, a spacious common room and small office. The house offers outstanding views of some of the most brilliant parts of Los Angeles and at the same time is situated among lush vegetation.
Interior of the house blends in the external – the pool is surrounded by a grassed area and a dining and living room are part of the “open” to him through the enormous windows mobile.
The kitchen is equipped with a handmade metal breakfast bar and custom cabinets whose doors are glass with embedded matte paper. Window to the garden provides daylight.

Recently completed by the architectural studio Kazuya Morita Architecture (Japan) pentagonal house breaks our notions of symmetry in the living quarters. The original project was specifically designed for young couple and located near the city of Nagoya in Japan. The external design of the house a consistent and coherent with the appearance of buildings in the vicinity and is quite modern: All Pentagonal House (pentagonal house) is subject to the specifics of the terrain and the desire of the owners. The five main bearing walls of the house are located radially, which creates the illusion that the interior of each of the five spaces between them are merged with the exterior. In the middle of the house walls form a high dome, beneath which is a common room – dining room.
Outer edges of the radial walls are rounded, covered with traditional Japanese white plaster. Interior rooms are beautiful with lots of light, which bathes all the rooms in the house.

Today we will look at this modern house in Scotland. The Duncan House is something between house and conservatory, as almost half of the walls are transparent.
Plan by Gareth Hoskins Architects is defined by two massive white brick walls, contrasting with the gray stone walls of the existing back garden. The old walls are used to emphasize the contrast old – and new inside – out. The main focus, of course, falls on the adjacent garden.
The interior of the house is designed in a minimalist style, to emphasize the beauty and harmony of the exterior. Stylish and powerful solution, clear vision and nothing superfluous.

It is difficult now to find a brilliant Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan. One of his last “works” is his handwriting and shoots architecture and home design in new dimensions. We will show you photos of House 6 in Sao Paulo of Marcio Kogan. The house is a magnificent monument of stone and wood, situated in South Africa. Kogan philosophy of open spaces square comes alive in this design as the outside environment seamlessly merges with the rooms of the house. The furniture is modern, natural and perfectly fits the style of home. On the roof of the house has wooden Taras, but it provides a magnificent view of the nature surrounding the house.
The upper floors of the house provide comfort and privacy of its residents, while below are intended for entertainment.
This is the house where one can truly relax thanks to the cool air in Sao Paulo.

Meera House was built, designed by Guz Architects and is located on Sentosa Island, Singapore. It is a bold and original project. However, few houses can boast a green area on every level. Here is a brief description of the architects: Land of the island are not large and the buildings are built in close proximity, so our strategy was to build strong walls around to provide the utmost privacy and at the same time enough light in the central part and staircase on which to feel the breeze. The terrace provides not only visual, but real access to vegetation. The aim was any garden as the basis of the above laminated floor and giving effect to appear as two storey house. We managed somehow, despite the limited space and the large size of the house.
This is a wonderful architectural idea and certainly uncompromising maintenance of greenery.

A house with walls of sliding wooden panels in a grid may sound unacceptable for Bulgaria, but hot and humid in Brazil is a real boon. The luxury house Bahia is the Brazilian project studio MK27, and has npalno ready to live. Located in El Salvador and green: built entirely with local materials and traditional techniques – wooden ceilings and floors, a special clay for roof insulation, etc. The whole structure revolves around a courtyard, preserving natural ventilation in all rooms. Thus, even when outside is very hot inside stays cool.
The architects built without precise measurements, using only old technology for construction. In no modern furniture Jha-ji and equipment, and the idea is the connection with nature is never lost on account of the achievements of modern civilization. The space is well organized and comfortable, allowing for peace and relaxation. The walls of the house, which are special perforated panels do not actually allow you to violate privacy inside – they let air freely, but not prying eyes.
