This villa is an Irish psychiatrist who lives in London. Built in Swahili style and occupies an area of 465 m2 on a plot of 2 acres. Sits on the coast of the Kenyan island of Lamu. The place is really amazing – a beautiful sandy beach, palm trees and clear water. I hope there are not many hurricanes there. The house is a creation of designer Leslie Kenyan Dakuart that not only designs houses, but they built and furnished. According to its clients, Michael Burke and his wife, fate has sent them to her and this place. They fell in love in him and in the creations of Leslie. The villa was built in the Swahili style, characterized by balance, symmetry, simplicity and use of local materials. A career on the mainland are delivered as smooth as marble, coral blocks, which are plastered with traditional Swahili plaster – cement solution colored with ocher. For the porch roof material is used palms grown specifically for this purpose. The beams of the roof are of wood from Mangrove islands that lack of roads was brought by boat Doe. Surrounded by lower house porches. The front is designed for entertainment and dinner candles / lanterns in the case of /. But those who are sleeping to be more secluded. The corridor is decorated with turtles made of the same material, which has plastered walls. The reason for this are sea turtles that come to this beach to lay their eggs. In mahogany door leading to patio with arches, colonnades and a pool with a huge emerald in the middle! At the upper level front of the house consists of a recreation area called by local baraza / meeting / with a roof of palm leaves and traditional Lamu built stone benches covered with cushions of kanga cloth and decorated with Swahili proverbs. Is certainly an ideal place for relaxation and watching the sunset after a day swimming, boating, or perhaps diving. Back top has been down for a massage area, surrounded by wooden bars, but subsequently made whole apartment.

This modern house, ie villa is located in Amsterdam on the island of Izhburg company of Kirsten Gabriels and James Webb. The project is in 2006 and construction completed 2008. The project is at price of 400 000, I guess euro. In designing its architects had to comply with the plan and style of the neighborhood, but as they say, and as seen by one of the third picture, literally able to break the stereotype of the others ‘vertical’ houses. Sits on the ground is free. The yard is not fenced and is a rare sight in Bulgaria – green meadow, alley and bushes and the entrance porch. And therein lies a corner table and benches, and much interest rocker. And of course, here is the entire wall French windows. Although he entered the architecture of the neighborhood, the house has its own style with, which features without imposes. When you will see those streets in Bulgaria … No need to houses are 400 000 €, but at least they are good with design features in common with and do not are one pink, one yellow, another green. I think it would fit perfectly here one billiard table in white and red. Overall, the interior is very refined. The premises are my favorite type – spacious, light and filled with the coolest mix of white walls and wooden items.

Again we are on Swedish land, but this time to stay in a villa. It was called Villa M2. Fully exercised on behalf of its design – minimalist. It was built by Lindvall A & D in Malmo. The construction was completed in 2008. The design is very minimalist, clean, tight in Swedish, but very happy stylish and beautiful. Plain white walls and straight lines are diversifying from the broken structure and large windows. The front facade overlooks the lake, which has previously been a career. Swedes have a nice habit to turn the depleted quarries in lakes. Here, according to the architects was a great sight, why the huge windows are placed. This provides a large amount of light. A view from the bedroom on the second floor probably really is incredible. Would be nice to make one or two pictures, because the lake is barely visible in the picture of the canteen. The rear facade is completely devoid of unnecessary elements, as seen at the road. There are only a door and a long, low window looks like a pillbox embrasure. The door itself is large and flat, almost square. Furniture and accessories are specially designed for this house. Few enough for my taste, but may not be reached for more money as they are so special.

Hardly any of us dreamed favorite, cozy home can not move, not to divide with the convenience and comfort, which we are accustomed and which we have created in their own taste. Danish design studio N55, seemed to find a solution for this. It submitted a draft of the house walking (Walking House), which is moved by six mechanical legs, not dependent on whether there are roads built, they will be able to go through different terrains. The main module of the house will be 2.3 meters in height, width 2.4 meters and a length of 8 meters, and weighs 1 tonne. According to the designers of this area will be able to live up to 4 people, such as by connecting multiple units can be made larger and walking home. The maximum speed that the house will be able to develop is 5 miles per hour – according to the authors of the project the average speed with which one moves is appropriate because it is proved that it also achieves good concentrations of thinking. Each leg will operate as an autonomous unit, will have its own engines and batteries. In movement three of them will always be standing on the ground to provide the necessary stability.

To live in a super luxury house with all the features of high-technology is more than a sign that your social status is above average. But to live in a house with an eclectic form of shell, so it has an eccentricity, as founder of a house Senosiain, the last scream of bio-architecture. The Nautilus House, known as extraordinary house has the shape of the shell. The interior is bright warm tones, all rooms are spherical with large windows, and light streams everywhere. The price is still unclear, but worth to live eccentric in a quaint home decor, just like The Nautilus House. This is great exterior design of this real estate and one of the best I have seen last years.

This house was designed by Andrade Moretin and is situated a few steps from the beach, on the north coast of the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil. The place is rich in vegetation and hot, humid climate. The project started as an idea for a large shelter, where a man can be shelters from the rain or blazing sun, without blocking the permanent natural ventilation. The entire structure is located at 75 cm above ground level and is supported by concrete columns. The building is 6 meters high and 18 meters with dimensions of 8 m. It is made of wooden boards in advance, which saves time and errors, and does not pollute the environment. Both facades are fiberglass panels with protective walls against mosquitoes, which do not impede the view and ocean breezes.

Germanic engineering have long proclaimed the advanced and innovative. Recognized architect and engineer Werner Sobek manages to incorporate the movement of semi-finished products. Together with his company’s engineering and design he conceived modern, prefabricated homes with a minimum number of parts. Their concept is leading to be stylish and durable. These are primarily R128 and H16, which are mild and not only look but are actually comfortable. For its part, model R129 is something totally different like appearance. It is far from the form of “box” that is considered as a classic, and the shape of the globe. Perhaps this idea will be evaluated mostly from a cosmopolitan part of society. R128 model is made of glass and steel materials and the aim is to be more environmentally friendly and can be processed. The ease with which it is produced and builds, is clearly demonstrated to Stuttgart, where a similar house was built for 11 weeks. Inside the building has no doors and walls. Control over the whole equipment is dependent on voice commands and movement sensors. Постройката е енергийно ефективна и разполага със свои слънчеви панели, които регулират температурата вътре.
