The luxury real estates in Great Britain are among the most quality, but also some of the most expensive of the world. The real estates and the architecture are really beautiful with conservative design and style. Definitely the standard brick exterior design is popular for the Newcastle and other UK cities. The flat, which we will present to you today is really quite different from the standard real estates, which are usually presenting. This is small and cozy apartment, which has comfortable and very good design. The interior is quite cozy with the laminated floor and the fireplace in the living room. Definitely the pure light decoration of the walls are making the flat quite large in vision and the clean style is perfect for young people. Usually the high price for the real estates in the country are quite expensive and the student letting should be well prepared to be cheap and close to the university. Recently completed by the architectural studio Kazuya Morita Architecture (Japan) pentagonal house breaks our notions of symmetry in the living quarters. The original project was specifically designed for young couple and located near the city of Nagoya in Japan. The external design of the house a consistent and coherent with the appearance of buildings in the vicinity and is quite modern: All Pentagonal House (pentagonal house) is subject to the specifics of the terrain and the desire of the owners. The five main bearing walls of the house are located radially, which creates the illusion that the interior of each of the five spaces between them are merged with the exterior. In the middle of the house walls form a high dome, beneath which is a common room – dining room.
Outer edges of the radial walls are rounded, covered with traditional Japanese white plaster. Interior rooms are beautiful with lots of light, which bathes all the rooms in the house.

Sometime the luxury real estates are not so comfortable for living. Such example is the Glass house – this is a remarkable luxury home in Santa Barbara, California. The house was built on 3.5 acres of land dotted with oak groves. It consists of 5 bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. Interestingly in the house is that windows from floor to ceiling make it more in a glass pavilion. The five rooms has added a spacious kitchen, wine room with a collection of thousands of bottles, and picture gallery. Currently the gallery has an exhibition of … cars! Room is so spacious that accommodates 32 cars. The modern design and architecture have been taken in the interior of the house.
The house has been declared for sale at a price of 28.5 million dollars.
Really looks quite interesting in spite of the high price and really wonderful style of living in it.
