The real estates and the architecture are really beautiful with conservative design and style. Definitely the standard brick exterior design is popular for the Newcastle and other UK cities. The flat, which we will present to you today is really quite different from the standard real estates, which are usually presenting. This is small and cozy apartment, which has comfortable and very good design. The interior is quite cozy with the laminated floor and the fireplace in the living room. Definitely the pure light decoration of the walls are making the flat quite large in vision and the clean style is perfect for young people. Pool netPlease welcome our guest blogger from http://www.poolsafetyfences.com

If you have an outdoor swimming pool, you most likely also have a pool fence around it. Most communities have laws or requirements regarding pool nets for safety as well as appearance reasons. Before you commit to putting up a fence around your pool, be sure that you’ve adhered to all of the requirements needed.

There are various designs for pool fences that offer the right appearance to any home as well as quality security. The most popular look is that of welded aluminum with a coated finish of powder. This fence type is safe in any environment and also works for saltwater pools.

Many fences are made for visually low impact. They don’t get in the way of a view or appearance of landscaping. These are available in colors such as dark green and black that looks nice as well as discreet. A lot of pool fence designs are now a part of housing plans. Part of this is due to the desire of architects to get things right for their clients. However, it’s also a rather practical way to address the fact that pools need a fence and that fence needs to match the house.

Luxury House with Japanese style

Monday, December 5th, 2011

Luxury HouseThis modern house near Kyoto, Japan designed by Atelier Boronski for young families. Kyoto is known in Japan as the city with the most stringent building regulations, so outside the house looks fresh, without shine with a special design.
Literally everything in new construction is subject to very strict control – from building design to materials used to build her. The interior surprises with two cantilevered stairs, crossing at the wrong angle.
The ceilings with a height of 2.50 to 7.70 meters, rooms designed as separate volumes, floating in the air. See randomly placed spaces and a bunch of other effective solutions that make the house look inside more like a sculpture than a place to live.
